Sitanshu Mehrotra

Sitanshu is a Computer Science Engineer by education and a Behaviour Interventionist by profession.

After graduating as an engineer from Amity University, he joined Accenture as a Senior Programmer. While working there, he realized that he could do much more and this urge made him move out of the industry.

He founded Olive and Lime Co. with the sole aim of helping startups traverse through the challenges that he faced while setting up various companies that primarily focus on establishing a digital presence.

He has helped various coaches, teachers, and facilitators set up their online courses/classes either through independent portals or shared LMS.

He partnered with WisdomTree Solutions as a technology manager, responsible for developing online platforms and managing the company’s social presence.
Meanwhile, he continued his learning journey and completed his Trainer of NLP certification under ANLP(India) and MS in Computer Science(Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning).

Olive and Lime Co. is now responsible for managing and marketing NLP certification and applied NLP training(s) along with spreading awareness about NLP across India and other South Asian countries. In addition, he has worked with many educational institutes like Amity Business School(Noida), Sharda University(Noida),  RDIAS(Rohini), etc to create tailored solutions for both students and professors.

In addition to his day-to-day tasks, he helps graduates with their journey in NLP, training, and learning as he thrives on providing a robust support structure for people associated with the company.
